MY REVIEW

There was a special reason why I wanted to read this book about well being, that is because I have secretly been suffering from from upset and anxiety. The Seeker Of Well-Being is split into three separate sections. Section one is about For lasting well-being, we need accordance with our inner self. It’s is what accordance with self means and why this accordance is a crucial requirement for lasting well-being. This section includes some really useful exercises, in ways that people have used to help them get through their pangs of anxiety, with going to support groups, workshops, yoga. These methods have worked for them. Author Indrajit Garai also explained other ways of exercises, to help with anyone who is struggling with anxiety, one in which I’m going to try out as I think that’s the best method to help me with my pangs of anxiety. In section of this book is The peripheral solutions don’t bring accordance, but our original solution does. This has exercises in Build your own benchmarks. It’s about unique rhythm of sleep, energy, and mood. I was very interested in this section, about how many hours we sleep, and what happens when we go through low motivation, with some people who suffering from insomnia , bad mood, low energy. Sometimes someone people don’t sleep much through pressure in their job. There’s some very interesting points of exercise that this book provides about the links between your quality and fragility. Part three includes We can build our original solutions easily, from inside out. This includes that our body has a mechanism of auto-correction. But auto-correction fails under panic, which is very interesting to read about.
