MY REVIEW

Loki is a hamster. Thor being annoying in class he was given a special prize for trying hard at his spellings. He was allowed to take home the school hamster, where some very funny things start to happen. The Loki series is the best fun for children from the age of 9 to 12 with very hilarious stories and and loveable laugh out loud illustrations. I love how the author has a sense of humour writing funny stories, about gods, and drawing the amazing funny characters. I can’t wait to see what Louie Stowell has in store for the characters in the next book of Loki.

Loki A Bad God’s Guide To Taking The Blame Book 2

Odin has given Loki another chance to prove himself worthy of Asgard. But earning everyone’s trust is tricky, and when Thor’s hammer goes missing, everyone blames Loki! Outrageous! To clear his name he 1. Find Thor’s beloved hammer 2 . Uncover the real thief 3 Force everyone to admit they were wrong. An easy feat for someone as handsome and clever as Loki…

MY REVIEW

If you remember The Wimpy Kid, or like reading beano magazine, you will love Loki. I loved reading the comic design illustrations throughout this funny book. Meet the cast Loki, Thor, Georgina, Valeri, the dog Fido, Heimdall, Hyrrokkin, Sarah! Odin, and Sportsboy one.

I think the most important messages that is being displayed in this story

1) Be kind to all your friends)

2) Be nice to the new person in your school

3) Never take what doesn’t belong to you

A Bad God’s Guide To Being Good Book 1

Packed with doodles and cartoons, here is the diary of Loki as he’s trapped on earth as a petulant eleven-year-old—and even worse, annoying thunder god Thor is there, too.

After one prank too many, trickster god Loki has been banished to live as a kid on Earth. If he can show moral improvement within one month, he can return to Asgard. If he can’t? Eternity in a pit of angry snakes. Rude! To keep track of Loki’s progress, King Odin (a bossy poo-poo head) gives him this magical diary in which Loki is forced to confess the truth, even when that truth is as ugly as a naked mole rat. To make matters worse, Loki has to put up with an eleven-year-old Thor tagging along and making him look bad. Loki is not even allowed to use his awesome godly powers! As Loki suffers the misery of school lunch, discovers the magic of internet videos, and keeps watch for frost giant spies, will he finally learn to tell good from bad, trust from tricks, and friends from enemies? Louie Stowell’s witty text and hysterical drawings will keep readers in stitches from start to finish.

MY REVIEW

I adore these funny sketched illustrations of Loki and his friends with other characters that are in the storyline. In this story we have Loki, Valerie, Thor and Hyrrokkin, along with other characters that have been added in t A Bad God’s Guide To Being Good. Loki is a god, until he has be banished to earth as an 11 year old boy. This happens to be bad for Loki for many different reasons. This is literally quite funny, he has fake parents, and Loki has to put up with 11 year old Thor. I loved the illustrations of Loki’s school time table. Loki even has to write in a book every single day for a whole month. But what does Loki write? All 8-12 year old will find this whole series hilarious.

Thank you so much Walker Books for sending r this gorgeous book gift set to read and review.
