An enemies to lovers romance set in bonnie Scotland where one woman discovers more than the just the magic of the heartland’s lochs and landscapes – but not before clashing with the proud Scotsman she’s forced to work with.

Ready or Scot . . .

Travel consultant Addie Macrae is used to a jet-setting life. When she’s sent on assignment to help a failing tour company in Edinburgh, she packs up her emotional baggage and turns on the professional charm.

Rugged as the land he loves, Logan Sutherland’s greatest joy is sharing the beauty of Scotland’s hidden gems. But the last thing he wants is some American ‘expert’ pushing tourist traps and perpetuating myths about the Loch Ness Monster.

While they wage an office war, Logan discovers Addie’s hidden connection to Scotland and, hoping for a truce, takes her on a private tour to learn about her past. As the two bond over their love of the road less travelled, sparks fly. But time is running out and Addie’s contract is nearly up. How can she return to America if she hasn’t experienced all that Scotland – and Logan – have to offer?

MY REVIEW

My biggest shout out today is don’t miss the novel Kilt Trip, in my view it’s the new biggest hottest Scottish romance of the year!

I wanted to read this book for my love of Scotland, and always wanted to go there for a holiday and where if anywhere in the country I would love to live, in Scotland, and for my love of fictional romance stories.

Once I started reading Kilt Trip I couldn’t take my eyes always from this book. I thought this story was a refreshing idea of the main character, Logan in a kilt, being a hot Scottish tour guide, in Edinburgh.

Lucky for Addie who is in Scotland for work on a heritage trip, meets dashing Logan. With Logan who has a full Scottish accent, he calls Addie lass. Addie wouldn’t mind trying the the Scottish tradition haggis. Logan is good at his job, describing and showing people places around Edinburgh. My favourite line that made me laugh, Logan would make a dishwasher manual sound interesting.

With enjoying Kilt Trip by Alexander Killy, so much I can’t wait for the next release of her next romance novel, Scot And Bothered, that will be out in 2025.

I would like to thank Tracy Fenton for sending me this amazing fiction paperback and for very kindly inviting me to take part in Kilt Trip blog tour. https://www.instagram.com/thebookdealer https://www.Twitter.com/Tr4cyF3nt0n

Alexandra Kiley writes big-hearted romances full of banter, found-family, and deep love. When she’s not writing, you can find her drinking tea, hiking, or gazing adoringly at the mountains of Colorado where she lives with her husband and two kids. Her novels are inspired by her semester in Scotland where she fell in love with not only the lush and magical land, but also the people who invited her into their homes and made her feel like family. https://www.instagram.com/akileybooks https://www.twitter.com/akileybooks https://www.alexandrakiley.com/
